Principal's Post

Mission Action Day
Our student leaders did an outstanding job in organising Mission Action Day 2026. As well as raising funds, the purpose of the day is to create awareness of the resources that are inequitably shared on a global scale. The funds raised for the Oblate Missions (MAMI – Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate) provide communities with access to essential services and resources. Thank you to all staff, students, parents and broader community for your generosity, particularly the Oblate Faith and Charism Team.
ACC Swimming
On Wednesday, our swimming team competed in the ACC Swimming Championship at the Melbourne Aquatic Centre. Our squad did a great job in preparing for the competition, and the results showed as they brought home 1st Place in Division 2. Thank you to all staff and students, particularly Year 12 students, for years of dedication to the sport.
MAD Music Concert
A big thank you to all staff who participated in the MAD Music Concert on Wednesday evening. It was a very successful night with many families taking the opportunity to be a part of the audience. Thanks to all of the organisers of the event.
Thank You
Thank you for everything you have done this term to begin the implementation of our Strategic Plan: Inspiration and Empowerment. There will be an update on the progress of major strategic projects at the beginning term 2. I hope you have a well-deserved holiday break, and a blessed and happy Easter period with your family and friends.
All the best,
Dr Paul Shannon
Principal
