Posters will be accepted at Incinerator Gallery from 1st October to 31st October 2026 during regular opening hours (Wednesday to Saturday, 11–4).

Theme for 2026: It’s a Bee’s World

Have you ever seen a bee bobbing through a garden, flitting from plant to plant? Have you wondered what such a big world might look like to such a small creature? Bees are incredibly important and diverse insects, helping plants grow, making wax and sweet honey. In Australia there are over 1,200 native species alone! Explore the secret world of bees and uncover the extraordinary work they do every day as they navigate the natural world.

Posters may be created from any medium; for example, paint, felt tipped pens, ink, photograph, digital print to name a few. Collaged artworks must be able to withstand handling and storage without elements falling off. Pastel or charcoal works must have been sprayed with fixative so not to smudge.

Posters will be displayed at Incinerator Gallery from Saturday, 14th November 2024 to Saturday 16th January 2025.

The Bright Sparks exhibition will open alongside Fireworks on Friday, 13th November at 6pm.

Some details about our Proud Club:

We are one of the founding Netball Clubs in the area, originally starting as the Aberfeldie Baptist Netball Club over 50 years ago. We are a proud Community Club, offering everyone the opportunity to play netball. We are one of few clubs that doesn't limit teams, we don't limit participation based on ability, we proudly offer a spot to everyone.

We wanted to let your school community know that Come & Try sessions are on now, especially that they are free to attend. We also know that physical activity is so important for our young people, and the benefits of being included in a Team Sport.

These sessions lead to an important date on our Calendar, called Grading Day. We also call this day “Team Placement Day” on 22nd November.

We proudly place every player in a team, and it is essential that anyone wanting to play in 2027 attend so that they can be placed in a team.
