Canteen Parent Volunteer Drive

Congratulations to Class 1/2I, the winners of the Canteen Parent Volunteer Drive for May 2026! 🎉

A big thank you to all the wonderful parents and carers who volunteered their time in the canteen during May. Your support is invaluable and greatly appreciated.

The canteen relies on the generosity of our volunteers, and we are grateful to everyone who contributed. We look forward to seeing more families get involved throughout the year.

Canteen Cancellation Policy

If your child is absent and you have placed a canteen order through Qkr!, please cancel the order via Qkr! by 9:00am on the day of the absence.

Alternatively, you may notify the canteen of the absence by 9:15am via email at roseleapscanteen@gmail.com or through the school office. Provided notice is received by this time, the lunch order can be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

Please note that no sushi orders can be cancelled or refunded after 9:00am, as these orders are processed and sent to the supplier shortly after this time for delivery.

If we do not receive notification by 9:15am, or if the order is not cancelled on Qkr!, a refund cannot be provided as the order will already be in the process of being prepared.

Your co-operation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Important notice for PSSA families – Friday lunch orders 

Dear Parents and Carers,

If your child participates in PSSA on Fridays, please ensure that you only order from the PSSA menu on QKR! when placing their lunch order.

Effective immediately: 

If an order is placed outside the PSSA menu, only a pack of nuggets and a bottle of water will be provided, regardless of what was ordered. Unfortunately no refunds will be issued.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us streamline Friday operations.
