PFA Update

PFA AGM and Volunteer Thank You Night 

The annual PFA AGM will be held on Tuesday 26 November from 7.00 to 7.30pm in the Sport Centre. All parents of Kilvington students are members of the PFA and are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

 

Following the official business, we will head into the Multipurpose Room for the Volunteer Thank You Event from 7.30 to 8.30pm.

If you have volunteered at School in any way during 2024, for a few hours or a few days, we would love you to join us. There will be drinks and nibbles to celebrate another wonderful year of the PFA with such amazing and involved volunteers. We can’t wait to see you there!

2025 PFA Roles 

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who volunteered as a Class Social Representative (CSR) in 2024. It is because of you and the amazing work you do that the Kilvington community remains so strong and connected. Thank you for your time, energy and efforts. 

 

This year, our wonderful CSRs arranged a myriad of dinners, catch-ups, pizzas in the park, coffee mornings and alike (the list goes on) to assist with relationship building and strengthening connections with each other and our School. 

All CSR positions for 2025 are now open, so if you are keen to join in the fun and help in 2025, we would love to have you. There is no limit to the number of people who can volunteer as a CSR. In fact, we encourage more than one representative to share tasks and enjoy the experience. All roles are well supported by the PFA.

Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS) - Sat 9 November

The next opening of the Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS) will be this Saturday 9 November from 9.00 to 11.00am in Dalton Hall. 

 

Head on down to see the fabulous SHUS team who can help you will all your uniform needs. 

 

We accept blazers, skirts and tunics in great condition for consignment sale and all other good quality uniform items as a donation. 

Kilvington Craft Social Term 4 Dates

 

The Kilvington Crafters are going to be busy Christmas elves! They are meeting to prepare items for the Christmas pop-up stall in Dalton Hall on Saturday 7 December. This event will coincide with the final opening of the Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS) for 2024.

 

Crafting dates:

  • Thurs 14 November, 6.30 - 9.30pm
  • Sun 17 November, 2.00 - 4.00pm
  • Mon 25 November, 6.30 - 9.30pm

No need to bring any supplies—everything you need will be provided, so just bring your crafting and holiday spirit!
