This is an exciting opportunity for our students to participate in the upcoming Australian Catholic Youth Festival (ACYF), which will be hosted by the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne from 30 November to 2 December 2025. It has been almost five years since the festival was last held, and this provides an exciting opportunity for students to attend a national event that brings together thousands of young Catholics from across Australia to engage in a vibrant celebration of our faith.
This year’s festival will offer participants a unique opportunity to listen to inspiring speakers, attend workshops, engage in prayer and reflection, and participate in solemn liturgies. The festival aims to provide a pivotal moment for young people to deepen their faith and understanding of the Church’s mission.
Throughout the event, attendees will have the chance to connect with their peers, school and youth groups, clergy, musicians, and a variety of inspiring speakers. Activities will include Mass, workshops, talks, live concerts, games, justice discussions, and an interactive expo, ensuring an enriching and dynamic experience for all involved.

During the holidays in July, 8 students from year 11 will be attending the Lasallian Youth Gathering at St Vincent's College Ashfield.
LYG will be a vibrant and joyful experience for the students, featuring dynamic faith experiences, Lasallian community life, a live band, sports tournaments, engaging workshops, and inspiring keynote presentations. It’s an invitation to dive deeply into what it means to be a Young Lasallian today.
Congratulations students on attending this gathering during the holidays.
