Course Confirmation and Annual Agreements – Reminder for Families

As we prepare for the 2026 school year, we remind all parents and students to complete the annual Course Confirmation requirements. Each year, families are asked to review and agree to several important school policies to ensure a smooth and successful start to Term 1.

As part of Course Confirmation, parents and students must read and accept the following:

• BYOD and G Suite Agreement
• Attendance Requirements
• Uniform Policy
•  

In addition, parents are required to complete the:

• Photographic Consent Agreement
• Parental Authority for Local Visits, Sport Activities, and Excursions within the City of Wyndham – 2026
•  

These agreements are essential for supporting student safety, learning, and participation across our school programs. 

All documentation must be completed by the beginning of Term 1.

We appreciate your attention to these requirements and thank you for your ongoing partnership in ensuring a positive start to the new school year.

House Tops

By popular demand, we are delighted to announce that we now have House tops (available in both short sleeve $51.95 and long sleeve $52.95). This has been approved by the School Council. The House top is optional and can be worn during House events only (House Drama, Chorals, Lunchtime Sport Competitions etc). It is not to be worn during teaching class sessions and can only be worn to and from school on House days such as swimming carnival, athletics carnival, SENS Cup and Terry Bennett Cup day.
