Year 6 Highlight

This term in Discovery Based Learning, Religious Education and Writing, the Year 6 students have been exploring the topic of Climate Change and its impact on the severity and frequency of Natural Disasters. Students have conducted research to investigate a range of natural disasters such as floods, wildfires, tornadoes and cyclones and recorded their information on Google Slides. They will apply this newly-gained knowledge to write persuasive texts on why renewable energy sources are imperative to slow down the effect of climate change.
