2026 start dates

Next year we will have a staggered return to school for our students.

The first day of school will be:

  • Year 1-6 students: Wednesday 28 January 2026
  • Prep students: Friday 30 January 2026.

Ice Bucket Challenge

We have a chilling challenge coming up to coincide with Halloween. Students can donate a gold coin and nominate a teacher or staff member to be dunked. The 3 people (plus Mr Tom Cain) with the most money will get ice poured on them on 31st October! Brrrrrrrr!

It's for a good cause – all proceeds go to The Children's Cancer Foundation.

Hats

It’s SunSmart season! All students are now required to wear a broad-brimmed hat when outside during playtimes, PE lessons and excursions.

Please remember to clearly name their hat (as they often end up in lost property) and pack it in their school bag every day.

Bikes

Just a reminder to bring a lock for the bike/scooter parking area. We lock the area from 9:15am - 3:15pm, but if your child forgets to take their bike/scooter home, it's always good to have a back up lock.

We don't have CCTV in the area, so unfortunately we are unable to help with investigating lost bikes or scooters.

Safety at school

Our duty of care hours are 8:45am-3:45pm. Outside of these hours we kindly request you supervise your child or arrange for alternative supervision through Team Kids.

Assemblies

Parents, carers and grandparents are invited to attend our fortnightly assemblies. Assemblies will run at 2:50pm in Week 2, 4, 6, and 8 this term. A reminder that Monday of Week 10 is a student free day.
