Last Friday our school was filled with purple as students and staff came together to celebrate Wear It Purple Day, showing support for our rainbow community and allies. It was fantastic to see so many students join in the activities, from purple-themed cookie decorating to bracelet beading. The atmosphere was full of colour, connection, and inclusion.
A special congratulations goes to Rebecca in Year 7, who took out first place in the Guess the Purple Jellybeans in the Jar competition!
Â
We are also grateful to the many staff who dressed in purple to stand alongside and support our students â your visible encouragement helped make the day even more meaningful.
Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to such a positive celebration of diversity, respect, and belonging. đ
