WynSpeak

On the 25th of March, we had students from all year levels and backgrounds at Tarneit Senior College audition to represent the College at the 2025 Wyndham Public Speaking Competition, also known as "Wynspeak".

For the competition, students prepare a five minute presentation on a topic of their choosing; they then present this to a panel of judges who score them on their research, engagement with the audience, verbal presentation and body language when presenting to an audience - all of the students who participated did an excellent job in all of these categories and showed that Tarneit Senior College produces amazing public speakers who are dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic about the world they live in!

We would like to congratulate our two first-round nominees for the Competition, who will compete in Rounds 3 and 4 of the Inter-School Competition:

As well as our other participants, who have been added as reserve nominees in the competition (and will likely be asked to compete as wild card entries, based on their high scores!)

All of the entrants have received certificates for their achievements in the competition, and demonstrated the very best of Tarneit Senior College - we couldn't be more proud of their efforts and dedication to academic success.
