Learn to Swim

Learn to Swim Continues to Evolve at All Saints' College

Following the successful introduction of several new initiatives in term 2, our Learn to Swim program is continuing to grow and evolve with a number of exciting developments launching in Semester 2.

These changes are designed to provide a more consistent experience for families, create clearer progression pathways for swimmers, and further strengthen aquatic opportunities within our College community.

Moving to an Ongoing Learn to Swim Program

From Semester 2, Learn to Swim will transition from a term-based enrolment model to an ongoing (perpetual) program.

Families will enrol once and remain booked into their class until they choose to change classes or withdraw from the program. This removes the need to re-enrol every term and allows swimmers to continue learning without interruptions during school holiday periods.

The new model provides several benefits:

Continuous learning and skill development throughout the year

No term-by-term re-enrolments

Greater consistency and routine for swimmers

Improved class stability and progress tracking

More flexible class transfers and level progression opportunities

Monthly billing based on the number of lessons in each month

Swimming is a lifelong skill that is best developed through regular participation, and this new approach aligns with best practice used by many leading swim schools across Australia.

New Adult Learn to Swim Program

Semester 2 will also see the launch of our Adult Learn to Swim Program.

Designed for adults who have never learned to swim, want to build confidence in the water, or are looking to improve their technique, the program provides a supportive and welcoming environment with small class sizes and highly trained instructors.

Two levels will initially be offered:

Adult Beginner – focused on water confidence, floating, breathing and basic propulsion skills

Adult Intermediate – focused on improving freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and survival swimming skills

We are excited to expand our aquatic offerings and provide learning opportunities for swimmers of all ages.

Introducing the All Saints Aquatics Pro Shop

We are also pleased to announce the opening of the All Saints Aquatics Pro Shop.

The Pro Shop has been established to provide families with convenient access to quality swimming equipment and accessories directly from the Aquatic Centre.

We are currently stocking a range of products from Vorgee, including goggles, swim caps, training equipment and accessories, with additional product lines and brands, including Speedo, expected to join the range soon.

Our Learn to Swim and Squad families will have access to Pro Shop purchases through their iClassPro login

As an added benefit, All Saints' College students receive a 15% discount on Pro Shop purchases by using the promotional code ASC 26 at checkout.

Looking Ahead

These initiatives form part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a high-quality aquatic program that supports participation, progression and lifelong involvement in swimming.

We look forward to welcoming swimmers and families to Semester 2 and sharing the benefits of these exciting developments with our College community.
