The ANNUAL AUTUMN CONCERT

The VSC Music Program is proud to present its annual Autumn Concert and the first of our formal concerts for the year. This is an event which will showcase every student studying an instrument in our program, with performances from each of our many ensembles. Due to the growth of our program, we will hold our concert over two evenings. 

Please note: Students should arrive at the Music centre no later than 6pm to collect their instruments. Then head to the Auditorium to meet with their band leader. 

The concert will commence at 6:30pm.  

Evening 1: 

DATE: WEDNESDAY 15th MAY

TIME: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

TICKETS: $10 

LOCATION: VERMONT SECONDARY AUDITORIUM

Featuring: Drum Clubs, both Guitar Ensembles, The Vermont Choir and The Junior and Senior Vermont Stage Bands.

Evening 2: 

DATE: THURSDAY 16th MAY

TIME: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

TICKETS: $10 

LOCATION: VERMONT SECONDARY AUDITORIUM

Featuring: Rookie Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Jarrah Strings, Strings Orchestra and Chamber Strings as well as Senior Choir.

NEVR Concert

Rehearsals have begun for the selected students participating int he NEVR Regional concert this month. 

The NEVR soundcheck will take place on the day of the event (Wednesday May 29th) at Hamer Hall in the city. 

Vermont students will catch a hired coach into the city with Wantirna College and have their allocated sound checks throughout the day. 

The bus will leave VSC at 7:30am and return at 3:00 pm. Please consent to the event to indicate your attendance via the Compass event in the parent portal.
