School Council News

(Repeat)
School Council met on Tuesday (21/04) evening, with our 2026 School Captains, Lily and Danica, providing a detailed and engaging update on the many events and activities from the end of Term 1, as well as those on the horizon. With such capable and enthusiastic leaders at the helm, we’re excited to see what the Junior School Council will achieve this year.
Mat delivered the Principal’s Report, highlighting that while the school is always busy, planning is already well underway for 2027 Prep tours and the upcoming information evening. The Breakfast Club trial also begins this week, and students are encouraged to pick up a piece of fruit on their way into school each morning.
The Building and Grounds report was also presented, and it’s fantastic to see the resurfacing works completed over the Easter break. Stage two of this project, featuring landscaping and the much anticipated Gaga Pit will be completed in due course.
The Finance report confirmed that the school remains in a strong financial position. We are fortunate to have such a supportive community that consistently contributes to fundraising efforts, helping maintain our facilities and enhance learning opportunities for all students.
Our next meeting will be held on 19 May.
