Senior School House Cross Country
Our annual Senior School House Cross Country was held on Wednesday 15 July, with students embracing the challenge and producing a fantastic afternoon of competition and House spirit.
It was wonderful to see so many students getting involved, encouraging one another and giving their very best effort out on the course. Events like these are only possible because of the support, enthusiasm and teamwork of our staff, so a sincere thank you to everyone who assisted before, during and after the event.
Congratulations to Burman House, who claimed the 2026 Senior School Cross Country Championship with a dominant performance across all age groups. The final House standings were:
- 1st: Burman (154 points)
- 2nd: Fethers (142 points)
- 3rd: Fysh (118 points)
- 4th: Barrett (106 points)

EISM Cross Country Championships
Please note an important change to the EISM Cross Country Championships. The event has been rescheduled and will now take place on Wednesday 9 September. To help students prepare for the championships, Cross Country training will commence on Monday 10August. Training sessions will be held every Monday and Wednesday morning from 7:15am – 8:15am and will continue through until the EISM Cross Country Championships. We encourage all students interested in representing Kilvington to come along and make the most of this opportunity.
Arvin serves up success in table tennis
Congratulations to Arvin on his recent achievements in table tennis. At the 2026 National Senior & Youth Championship, Arvin proudly represented Victoria, earning a Silver medal in the U21 Men’s Team event and a Bronze medal in the U21 Men’s Singles.
Arvin's impressive season continues, with upcoming competitions in Brisbane from 20–24 August, where he will compete in the Youth Olympic Games Qualification Trial and the Table Tennis Australia Tour. He has also been selected to once again represent Victoria at the National Junior Championship in September, competing in the U17 events. We wish Arvin the very best as he continues to achieve success on the national stage.
