School Fees

Statements have been issued today. It is essential that we receive a new Payment Form from every family by 20 February 2026. It is important to return the form on time to avoid any adjustments to your instalments, which would increase the amounts.

Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday Mass will be held in the UnderCover Area on 18 February at 11:15am. All Parents and Caregivers are warmly invited to attend.

Update to Student Medical and Family Details

To ensure we can respond appropriately in the event of a medical situation, we kindly ask that if your child has a medical condition, you complete a current Medical Action Plan and provide all relevant documentation and any required medication as soon as possible. Please refer to the Medical Information page of this newsletter.

Additionally, if your child no longer has any medical conditions, please advise via email so we can update our records accordingly.

Family Details - It is a requirement that the school maintains accurate family details, such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. If there have been any changes to these details, please email Administration at admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au.

Court/Parenting Orders - Please provide the school with a valid copy of any relevant court or parenting orders that the school should be aware of, whether new or updated. These can be emailed to admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au.

School Carpark

We ask Parents/Caregivers to use the white carpark bays if parking to drop off and pick up students. All children are to be supervised whilst in their Parents/Caregivers care in the carpark at all times.

Parents/Caregivers utilising the kiss 'n' ride for drop off and pick up are reminded to drive as far forward before stopping their vehicle. Parents/Caregivers should not be exiting the vehicle in the kiss 'n' ride and students should have their bags with them ready to alight the car and should not be entering the carpark to access the rear of the vehicle to collect their bags.

Please note the carpark gate opens at 2:15pm and we ask parents not to arrive before this time to access the carpark. Queuing outside the gate causes traffic congestion and is not permitted with the 'no standing' lines. The kiss 'n' ride area opens at 2:35pm, however, a reminder that school concludes at 2:40pm for Pre-Primary to Year 6 students and there will be no students in this area until just after this time.

Students need to be collected in a timely manner from the front of school. If you are running late to collect your child please notify the Admin office as soon as possible.

Today we had Rangers from the City of Swan outside the school gates issuing cautions to road users. It was good to see that they are ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our school community. We would anticipate that when the Rangers next visit that fines will be issued. Thanks in advance for your continued support.

Kindy 2027 Enrolments

Enrolment interviews for Kindergarten in 2027 will commence shortly.

Families with siblings born between July 2022 and June 2023 seeking a place in our Kindergarten next year at St Helena's are asked to contact Admin on admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au or 9297 7500 to receive an application pack. We don't want you to miss out!

P & F Meeting

The first P & F Meeting will be held on Monday 16 February at 5:00pm in the school Library. All members of our school community are invited to attend.

P&F Welcome BBQ
