Our Year 6 Sustainability Leaders – Oscar, Audrey, Alanna, Nicholas, Thomas and Ronael are posing in front of a new Sustainability display in our school. 

This display will be updated every month to include helpful information and hints related to sustainability and caring for our local and global environment.

This month’s information is related to the correct disposal of soft plastics. Did you know that many Coles, Woolworths and Aldi stores now offer bins for us to dispose of our soft plastics correctly? If plastic can be rolled up into a ball – it can be placed into one of these bins!

Both Pope Francis and Pope Leo have stressed the importance of looking after creation – not just for us, but for future generations.
