Welcome to Term 3

In Music this term, students will continue to experience and respond to music through listening, movement, singing, instrument playing, creating and composing.

Talent Quests Take Centre Stage! 🎤⭐

This year, an exciting Talent Quest has been introduced, taking place in the hall a couple of times each term. To help students prepare, a weekly Music Lunchtime Club provides aspiring performers with the opportunity to develop ideas, rehearse their acts and build confidence before taking to the stage.

So far, our Year 4 and Year 3 students have wowed the audience with an incredible variety of performances, and we're looking forward to seeing our talented Year 5 students step into the spotlight over the coming weeks.

One of the highlights has been seeing several enthusiastic younger students bravely choreograph and perform their very own dance routines. Their confidence, creativity and willingness to have a go have been inspiring, and they have truly shone on stage!

The Talent Quests have quickly become a favourite event across the school, generating enormous excitement within our community. With crowds of more than 200 students gathering to cheer on and celebrate their peers, the atmosphere has been nothing short of fantastic. It has been wonderful to see students supporting one another, celebrating each other's talents and building confidence through the performing arts.

We can't wait to see what amazing performances are still to come! 🌟
