Year 5/6 News 

VICSES VISIT

Last week we welcomed in Judith and Sue from the Rochester VICSES Unit who shared with the students some of the work this great organisation does in our communities. They also delivered a presentation called ‘Plan to Stay Dry’ which provided the students with some flood awareness information and safety tips should they experience flooding events. Thank you to the Rochester VICSES Unit for volunteering their time to visit out students and for all of the fantastic work they do to help keep our community safe. 

SOMERS CAMP

Next week some of our lucky students are heading off to Somers Camp for an experience of a lifetime! We know they will all have an amazing time meeting new friends, taking part in all the exciting activities and challenging themselves to be the best they can be. Mr Boal will also be joining our students at Somers Camp as one of the supervising teachers at the camp. 

Wishing our students (Declan M, Sully N, Logan P, Cooper H, Rory H, Toby Mc, Seff T, Mitch L, Liv P, Willow F, Natalie M, Harriet G, Heidi M and Charlotte M) and Mr Boal, all the best for their time at Somers Camp!
