Mindfulness
Mindfulness, or the act of being mindful, is intentional awareness. It’s the ability to pay attention to the whole of your experience as it’s happening, while differentiating what is helpful and unhelpful for you to observe in that moment. It allows you to respond to your situation, rather than simply react to it.
Here are some ideas of how you can practice being mindful at home:
