As we reach the end of Term 3, I would like to congratulate all students on their hard work, growth and achievements throughout a busy and rewarding term. From classroom learning and extracurricular activities to sporting events, our students have embraced opportunities to challenge themselves and demonstrate respect, kindness and confidence.
We wish all students and families a safe, restful and enjoyable school holiday break. We hope this time provides an opportunity to recharge, spend time with loved ones and enjoy a well-earned change of pace. I look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for another positive term of learning when Term 4 begins. Have a wonderful holiday break!
Term 3 Conferences (formerly Parent-Teacher Interviews)
Thank you to the families and students who attended our Conferences on Tuesday. While Term 3 appointments are generally quieter than those held earlier in the year, they remain a valuable opportunity to discuss student progress, celebrate achievements and reflect on learning throughout the semester.
A number of teachers were unavailable on the day for various reasons. If you were unable to meet with a particular teacher, please contact them via email. They will respond as soon as possible, most likely after the holiday break.
This week, our Unit 3 and 4 students completed their internal examinations. They should be proud of the maturity and commitment they demonstrated throughout the process.
While exams are rarely something people look forward to, they are an important part of the learning journey, and regular practice helps build both confidence and familiarity. The students followed the VCAA examination procedures required for external assessments and gained valuable experience, along with practical tips to support their preparation for the end-of-year exams.
