Term 2 has kicked off!
What a fabulous start we have had to Term 2 with both Junior and Senior Athletics carnival, recognising and remembers our ANZACs and of course, celebrating our wonderful mums/special people during our recent Mother's Day festivities - a big thank you to our wonderful PFA, without you and your efforts these days would not happen, nor be such a success. The photobooths around the school were a real hit!
Student Report Update

NAPLAN data for CSPS
We are very proud to share that we recently received our 2026 Preliminary NAPLAN results. Our results demonstrate we are continuing to make improvement with students, on the whole, making real learning growth across Literacy and Numeracy , something which has been recognised by our colleagues and at Regional level. This is a testament to the work of our staff who work tirelessly to support our students. We are exceding the goals that were set at our last review, which is very exciting and affirming that the direction we are taking is the right one to support our kids.
Mrs Bell will be staying until the end of the year!
Some of you may be aware that Mrs Ash Bell was due to finish up with us at the end of this Semester. I am thrilled to announce that she will be with us until the end of the year. Ash is currently undergoing Principal Preparation through the Academy and so will be popping out between Week 8 of this term and Week 3 of Term 3, to participate in a Principal Internship at Caulfield Junior College. We look forward to hearing all about Ash's experience, upon her return.

This design depicts the local native bandicoot, belonging and connection and growth.
A huge thank you to Emma Randall for working with our student-created designs to form these options for us. She is now working on a new letterhead, email signature panels and business card designs. Our new website is in its design phase and will feature our new logo! Watch this space for updates. Exciting times!

A big thank you to our PFA and parents for supporting the Mother's Day Stall, the Donut Drive and the upcoming PFA Sausage Sizzle. The PFA have just purchased a brand new industrial sausage sizzle and we can't wait to see how many snags can fit on the hot plate. All these fundraisers will be going towards putting a junior playground up in the top grass area. Please make sure you support their efforts. The kids can't wait!
Thank you also to all our parent volunteers for our sporting days, Junior Athletics and upcoming excursions and camps. We could not run these without your help!
