Week 9
Welcome to Week 9 at OSHClub! We can't believe we're already approaching the end of the term. It has been another fantastic week filled with delicious food, creative experiences, and active play!
Breakfast Club kept everyone fueled each morning with a delicious menu including refreshing smoothies, fresh fruit salad, fluffy pancakes, crispy waffles, and a special homemade butterscotch pudding that was a huge hit! Our Snack Squad continued to provide children with tasty afternoon treats, featuring yoghurt cones, loaded nachos, warm garlic bread with tomato soup for the chilly weather, fresh salad wraps, and comforting pasta shells.
In Taste Trek, our young chefs enjoyed getting hands-on in the kitchen by baking rich brownies from scratch, creating a variety of different flavoured cookies, and making their very own DIY mini pizzas with their favourite toppings. It was wonderful to see everyone's creativity and confidence grow in the kitchen.
Our Creative Tables was buzzing with imagination as children explored playdough creations, discovered the science behind our rising water experiment, designed colourful masks, created beautiful oil pastel artworks, practiced the art of origami, recycled crafts, and enjoyed painting throughout the week. We also stayed active with plenty of movement during our physical activities, enjoying soccer, basketball, AFL, tennis, capture the flag, and all of our favourite group games that encourage teamwork, cooperation, and lots of fun. We also had lots of fun watching the World Cup soccer games and rooting for our favourite teams!
As we head into the final week of Term 2, we're excited to finish the term with even more fun and memorable experiences before launching into our action-packed Holiday Program. We can't wait to share one more amazing week with everyone!

Please note: When booking via the Kidsoft portal, surcharges for special experience days (Excursions, Special Events, and Make & Take Days) may not yet be visible. You can still proceed with your booking for these days on Kidsoft - your child will be booked into the special experience, and the applicable surcharge will be automatically added once the Kidsoft system is updated.

Accessing After hours
For the safety of all families, we ask that parents and carers enter and exit through the side pedestrian gate next to Reception when collecting children after hours, rather than through the reception area. This designated access point provides a safer route to the OSHC service and helps minimise the need for families to walk through areas that may not be supervised or accessible after school hours. Thank you for supporting our commitment to maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
Enrolling Your Child
For new enrolments, please go to https://www.oshclub.com.au/register/

Please note: CRN numbers and all birth dates must be entered correctly if you wish to claim the Child Care Subsidy. CCS applications are submitted automatically to Centrelink when new enrolments are actioned.
Bookings
Online bookings for Rise then Shine and Stay and Play sessions close 24 hours in advance. Online bookings for the Holiday Program and Curriculum Days close 5 days in advance.
If online bookings have closed, and you would like to make or cancel a booking, please SMS the program phone on 0427 144 945.
Cancellation of Bookings
IMPORTANT: If your child is booked in for an afternoon Stay and Play session and that booking is no longer required, please cancel the booking on the iParent Portal. If you are cancelling on the day, please contact us on the program phone before 3:25pm to avoid a non-notified absence fee of $20.00 per child.
We are responsible for all children booked into our care. If a child does not arrive after school care when booked in to attend, we will need to confirm the whereabouts of the child by contacting parents/guardians and emergency contacts. If we cannot successfully do this, it then becomes a missing child incident.
As you can imagine, this can be very stressful!
