| Over the last few weeks the students in Grade 3 and 4 have continued their work on wall and net sports. They have been working on the fundamental movement skill of striking. Students have engaged in the sport of Volleyball and have been working on striking the ball in different ways. For our games-based approach students have been playing games of Volleystars, which is a modified version of actual Volleyball, this aims to help showcase their skill development, working on critical thinking skills and develop their sense of using strategy when playing sport. Students in Grade 3 and 4 have continued to demonstrate great teamwork skills and an ability to work well with others. |
