College Athletics Carnival - Tuesday, 21 April 2026
The College Athletics Carnival will be held on Tuesday 21st April 2026 and is another school event that aims to celebrate the many talents of our students and our community spirit. It is COMPULSORY for all students from Years 7 to 12.
The day will begin with normal homeroom at school followed by the boarding of buses to Blacktown International Sportspark (Eastern Rd, Rooty Hill NSW 2766). We will travel back to school via bus at the end of the day for normal afternoon dismissal.
Parents/carers may pick their daughter up from the carnival in the afternoon as long as the student and their parent/carer sees her homeroom teacher during roll call before she leaves. All parents/carers MUST pick their daughter up by 1.45pm. At 2pm, buses will transport students back to school which means there will be no teacher supervision from 2pm. If a parent/carer has not picked their daughter up by 2pm they will travel back to school on the bus.
Early events and competitors:
The following events will be conducted at 8:00am on the day for genuine competitors ONLY: 200m, 400m and 1500m. Permission for the early events will need to be completed by a parent / carer via a separate OPT-IN Compass event. The deadline for registration for the early events is Friday 27th March 2026.
Events during the day:
High Jump, 100m Sprint, Discus, Shot Put and Long Jump will be conducted throughout the day.
