Victorian State School Spectacular

What a Show!

On Saturday, 29 August, 16 students from Years 5 and 6 had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Victorian State Schools Spectacular (VSSS) at John Cain Arena.

The students spent Thursday and Friday rehearsing, preparing and making sure everything was ready for the big performance. It was a fabulous experience, and the students loved being part of such a professional and exciting production alongside students from schools across Victoria.

Throughout the rehearsals and performance, our students worked incredibly hard, showed fantastic commitment and represented our school with great pride on the big stage. It was wonderful to see their confidence grow as they embraced this amazing opportunity.

A special broadcast of the VSSS26 Victorian State Schools Spectacular, featuring behind-the-scenes highlights, will air on Friday, 18 December 2026, on Seven in Victoria and will be available to stream on 7plus for 60 days after the broadcast.

A very special thank you to Miss Zoe Dyer and Mrs Katie Murphy for their incredible hard work, time and dedication in supporting the students throughout this experience. We would also like to give a special mention to Ms Renee Balzan, who supported the students during rehearsals and assisted with costumes.

If your child is in Year 5 or 6 next year, they have the chance to be part of this amazing opportunity!
