Emmaus Musicians perform at 'Tuesday on Flinders'

On Tuesday Week 2, a string quartet, as well as our Year 12 soloists, performed at Flinders Street Baptist Church for the lunchtime concert series, Tuesday on Flinders. 

Students involved were:

• Aldin R (Year 12) - Guitar
• Edna O (Year 12) - Voice
• Patrick C (Year 12) - Trombone
• Andrea G (Year 12) - Voice. 
• String quartet - Naomi M (Violin/Flute), Samuel M (Cello) accompanied by Paul Miller - Oboe and Alison Miller - Cello. 

The performance showcased classical music, hymns, worship songs, soulful tunes, South American-inspired music and even an arrangement of a Star Wars piece! The diverse repertoire highlighted the skill and dedication of our young musicians. 

A huge thank you to Flinders Baptist Church for hosting us and to everyone who came out to support our students. We’re incredibly proud of their hard work.
