Join us as we celebrate Book Week 2026 with this year's inspiring theme, "Symphony of Stories."

Every story has its own rhythm, every reader adds a new voice, and together we create a wonderful symphony of imagination, learning, and creativity!

Primary School Book Week Parade - Wednesday August 26

Dress up as your favourite book character and join us for our annual Book Week Parade. We can't wait to see the incredible costumes and celebrate the books that inspire us.

Great Book Swap Wednesday - Thursday August 26 and 27

Help us make a difference by supporting our Great Book Swap.

Bring in good-quality books you no longer read and swap them for a "new-to-you" book with a gold coin donation. Every donation will help support Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) initiatives for Indigenous kids, giving more children the opportunity to discover the joy of reading.

Together we can share stories, recycle books, and make a positive impact.
