Executive Team News

With Violeta Dellidis, Karen Jackson, Brooke Gillis, Kate Newitt, and Dale Thompson

As we reached the middle of the term, it is exciting to reflect on the growth and development of all our students throughout the year. This term signifies many milestones and successes our students have achieved this year, as they begin to prepare for next year. We look forward to celebrating our student achievements through the many school events that are coming up this term.

Specialist Expo

On Thursday 23rd October our school community came together to celebrate and showcase all of the incredible work and talent that shines through in the Specialists Subject Areas. It was tremendous to see so many students and their families join in this celebration.

Year 2 Sleepover

On Friday 8th November, Year 2 students were invited to a sleepover at school as part of the Brookside College camping program. The students engaged in a range of interactive games with their peers and staff, ate dinner together and then settled down for the night to watch a movie before bed. Well done to all students on their exceptional behaviour and a massive thank you to the staff who attended the event.

2026 Prep Transition

The Prep Transition program at Brookside has begun and we have been very excited to meet our incoming Prep students and their families. To immerse the children into the classroom setting and to provide a smooth transition into Prep, Kinder children have been attending transition mornings over consecutive Fridays.

Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day is an important day during which we take the time to remember and honour people who have served for our country.

On Monday the 11th November at 11am, our school community stopped to remember all of the service men and women who have served our country, the sacrifices they made, and paid our respects to the fallen.
