Wellbeing & Education Support Staff: Francesco De Luca

Hello, my name is Frank, and I am happy to have recently joined the team at PRC as a Wellbeing Officer and Education Support Staff member. It is a privilege to be part of such a dedicated School, focused on supporting the growth, wellbeing, and success of every student.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles. Most recently, I completed a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, an experience that not only broadened my professional knowledge but also ignited my passion for youth mental health and wellbeing. 

Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, creating art, exploring photography, watching soccer, and reading. These hobbies allow me to express creativity, stay active, and maintain a balanced lifestyle; qualities I also aim to encourage in the students I support.

I am genuinely excited to begin this new chapter with PRC and look forward to making a meaningful contribution to the wellbeing and success of our students.

Hello Everyone,

I’m really excited to have joined the team as the NCCD Administrator. I’m passionate about supporting the wellbeing and health of our students and to help ensure their individual needs are met under the program.

My background is mainly in the VET and training sector, particularly in health and business, and I’m thrilled to bring that experience into this role. I especially enjoy working with young people and being part of a community that values inclusion and support.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, staying fit, and having fun—preferably all at once and usually somewhere near the beach!

I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and being part of this wonderful school
