This Friday, our gold teams travelled to our local rivals, St Mary's. Both our girls and boys' volleyball teams displayed great sportsmanship. The girls came away with a great win. Although our boys couldn’t get the win, they had some fantastic rallies. Our boys’ and girls’ softball teams have shown dramatic improvements throughout the term. The boys got a win. Unfortunately, the girls could not get the win; however, they only lost by 3 runs. The gold tennis teams both lost; however , they have improved each week. Girls' tennis had a great win, while the boys lost, going down to some tough St Mary's competitors.
Meanwhile, at home, the blue teams went up against Mernda Hills. The girls’ volleyball team had a loss, going down 44-29. The boys also came away with a loss 40-27. Our girls’ tennis team came away with a draw, which is a huge improvement from the start of the term. The boy’s tennis team suffered another loss but tried their best. The boys’ softball team couldn’t come away with the win, but worked hard as a team throughout the game.
This week was Gold Team's last ISS game for the year. Next week, they will be at school taking part in an in-house soccer tournament.
