CONGRATULATIONS TO THE YEAR 3 AND 5 ON COMPLETING NAPLAN
Congratulations to the Year 3 and 5 students who completed the NAPLAN this year. You showed the CSPS 5Ps throughout a busy time. Well done.
Results will not be released for a number of months. A Compass notification will be sent when the results are available for parents and families.
Year 1 and 2 News
In Term 1 the Year 1 and 2 team have been exploring Personal Histories. Students have been learning about different family structures and learning about their own family. After bringing in photos of themselves as babies and now we compared changes we go through as we grow. In literacy we have been reading a range of fiction and non fiction texts about families. We have discussed similarities and differences to our own families. In Spanish students have been learning the names for various family members in Spanish such as mother- madre, father- Padre, sister- hermana and brother- hermano.Over the 10 week term students have been completing a personal project about themselves and their families to be displayed at the Term 2 Student Led Conferences.
