A Message from Keir and Emma

“We would like to acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people, the first people to dream, create, wonder, dance, play and learn on this breathtaking land. This land was cared for and respected for tens of thousands of years. The First Nations people lived in companionship with the animals and the life on this land. We acknowledge that this is stolen land and we pay our respects to elders, past, present and emerging.”

The Australian Education Union has called on its members to take strike action on Tuesday 24 March 2026.

Based upon the information provided to us, 28 members of our teaching, OSHC and Education Support staff will be taking part in the strike action. This will mean that almost 90% of our timetabled workforce will not be onsite.

As a consequence, on Tuesday 24th March:

  • A modified senior school program (year 5&6) will be running for families who are unable to make other arrangements.
  • Students in Foundation and years 1, 2, 3 and 4 are not required to attend
  • Sprout will be closed

If this will cause you difficulties, or if you are a critical services worker, please call the school office on 93864624.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

With Kindness

Keir & Emma
