Secondary Sub School Rooms 19 - 27

Hello everyone,

With Term 1 well underway we have seen lots of classroom programs taking shape. Teachers have assessed students and know their needs better. Students from all rooms are being provided with movement breaks to assist with regulation. They access the exercise equipment, climbing room or when all becomes too much, they lie down for some meditation.

During the last fortnight we have seen many classrooms attend their first excursions for the year. This includes interschool sport where JSA room 24 showcased their bowling talent. Look at the photos and see how happy everyone is to be out and about.

I also selected a few photos showing students hard at work. I really enjoy seeing all the different activities being provided across the Secondary Sub School.

Room 21

Room 21 has had a fantastic start to the year! All our students have just moved up from Middles and are adjusting very well to Secondary School Life. Things are very different, but the friendships everyone has made are staying strong and helping them to get through!

We’ve already gone on an excursion with Room 20 to Mill Park Playground and are looking forward to more exciting activities and learning opportunities as the year progresses.
