Royal Australian Navy Band Workshop and Performance - Tuesday 3rd June
We were thrilled to welcome members of the Royal Australian Navy Band to our school for a special workshop with our Concert Band students. The session was an inspiring opportunity for our young musicians to learn from professional performers, gain valuable ensemble experience, and deepen their musical understanding.
A highlight of the workshop was a collaborative performance of Music from Wicked, where students had the unforgettable experience of playing alongside the Navy musicians.
Following the workshop, the Navy Band performed for the whole school in a high-energy, interactive concert that had everyone singing, clapping, and dancing along. Their engaging performance captivated students of all ages and brought the joy of live music to our entire school community.
It was a fantastic day of music-making, mentorship, and fun—and one our students will remember for years to come!
Term 2 band fees are overdue now
