Sea of Hearts Challenge

During National Reconciliation Week, Kindergarten students participated in the 'Connecting the Dots through Culture, Sea of Hearts Challenge' with Midson  Road Child Care Centre. The Sea of Hearts Challenge is an opportunity to take the time to think and reflect about Reconciliation. It is a time to have real conversations about ‘What Reconciliation means to you’ and to have real conversations about ‘What Reconciliation really means to your service’. 

KS and KW students, with a little help from their Year 6 Buddies, decorated one side of a heart template, sharing what reconciliation means to them. We sent the hearts back to Midson Road Child Care Centre for the preschool students to fill in the other side, creating a collaborative artwork! Enjoy some photos sent through from the preschool.
