419 Squadron Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC) are now recruiting for 2026. This may be a great opportunity for your current year 6 Students who will be commencing year 7 in 2026 as we are seeking males and females between 12 – 15 and who are enrolled in high school and turning 13 in the year of joining(2026)
Our fundamental aim is to foster qualities that will enable cadets to become responsible young adults, who will make a valuable contribution to the community. No matter what career choice, the AAFC provides a foundation of knowledge and skills that will assist towards cadets future.
I would like to request your schools assistance with our current recruitment period. If you could please add the attached information for our information night on 21 Nov to your newsletters up until the date of the event that would be greatly appreciated.

Our Country Fair full of family fun activities in on Saturday 25th of October
Please note that the Sunset cruise will now depart at 4.00pm every Wednesday until the17th December and not 4.30pm.
There is also information about our 90 min Christmas Party Cruises for small to medium businesses that are looking for a unique venue to celebrate Christmas on Thursday 27th November and Thursday 4th December departing at 4.30pm. Tickets are $55
The Santa photos are very popular every year and tend to sell out.
The four dates are Nov 19th/20th 22nd /23rd
5 minute time slots from 3pm to 6pm each day. $35 for a session.
DOVE Medical Centre:
Please find attached details for Cody Potter a Clinical Psychologist who will be coming to Dove Medical on Fridays when required to provide developmental assessments.
Cody will be a great asset to the Echuca Community and we would be grateful if you could put her flyer and introduction about her services on your notice board for parents and staff to see so they have the opportunity to engage her services if needed.
