Hello Parents, guardians and carers
Australian Dental Health will be visiting Wheelers Hill Secondary College in TERM 3 from the week beginning on 20/07/2026 to provide on-site dental check-ups for eligible students.
Dental check-ups help maintain good oral health and are a simple way to have this taken care of during the school day.
Parents and guardians are required to complete a consent an online form prior to the visit.
Regular dental check-ups are essential for keeping your child’s teeth healthy—preventing cavities, spotting issues early, and encouraging good habits.
This service is provided at no cost to eligible families through Medicare’s Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) and Private Health Insurance.
If you have neither, Australian Dental Health will still provide a free check-up for your child.
If you haven’t filled out the online consent form yet, please complete it here:
Register and provide consent here: https://schooldentaladh.snapforms.com.au/form/adhv-consent-form
One line consent forms will be accepted until Monday June 29th 2026.

As we approach the end of the financial year, we would like to remind families about the opportunity to make a tax-deductible contribution to the Wheelers Hill Secondary College Building and Library Funds.
Your voluntary contributions play a vital role in helping us improve and enhance facilities for our students. Your support this year has allowed us to continue to invest in our Learning and Wellbeing Centre—transforming it into a vibrant, inclusive social hub and creative learning space.
Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, we are planning further upgrades across the school to continue enriching our students’ learning environment.
To the parents and carers who have already contributed this year—thank you. Your generosity is deeply appreciated and directly supports the development of high-quality resources and spaces for our students.
Contributions can be made to either fund via Compass or at the College Office by 30 June to ensure eligibility for this financial year’s tax deduction.
Thank you for your ongoing support of Wheelers Hill Secondary College.
Instructions to print your receipt for tax returns below:

Camps, excursions, and other school-based activities that have a financial charge associated with them fall under the Extra-Curricular Items and Activities category of fees and are offered to students on a ‘user pays’ basis. They are offered in addition to the standard curriculum.
Cut-off dates for payment and consent on Compass are set by the school to assist us in meeting our financial and duty of care requirements for each event. In support of meeting these obligations, we are not able to extend due dates for events or take overdue payments.
Regular email reminders are sent and students are also reminded by their classroom teachers about events and when payment and consent must be received. If payment or consent is not received by the due date, your child will not be able to attend the activity and will be supervised by teachers at school.
If you have received CSEF funding and would like to allocate it towards a Compass Event, or have credit on your family statement that you would like to use, please contact us at business.manager@whsc.vic.edu.au and we can apply the credit to the event on your behalf.
Compass has the functionality to 'Pay with CSEF or credit balance' for Events. If you have insufficient funds on your family account to cover the cost of that event we will allocate the amount that is available and then update the event to show the amount still required to be paid. Payment of the balance will need to be made before the event cut-off date for your child to be eligible to attend. If you select to use CSEF or credit to pay for an Event on Compass, please check the Event again before the closing date to make sure that any outstanding balance is paid.
Please ensure that if payment is made via the office with CSEF, credit allocation, credit card or cash, that you log on to Compass prior to the closing date to provide Consent for your child to attend the event.
