Touch Football
Last week, our three Touch Football teams competed in the Brisbane Secondary All Schools Touch Football Competition at Sommerfields, Rocklea.
Our Open Boys, Open Girls, and Under 15 Girls teams all recorded wins, highlighting the remarkable progress our athletes have made throughout the year. The dedication shown at training, the commitment to continuous improvement, and the positive culture within each team were all reflected in their performances.
It has been fantastic to see the hard work of our students translate into significantly improved results this season. Throughout the competition, each team displayed excellent skill, teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship, representing our school with pride.
We are extremely proud of every player and grateful for the effort they have invested throughout the year.
Congratulations to all teams and coaches on an outstanding achievement and a successful weekend of Touch Football!
Regional Track & Field
Last Tuesday and Wednesday, a large number of our students competed at the Met North Track & Field Trials, held at the Queensland Sport & Athletics Centre (QSAC) in Mt Gravatt.
It was fantastic to see so many of our students representing the school and giving their best across a range of events. We are proud to celebrate the achievements of those athletes who finished inside the top 10 in their final events.
