Stage 2 PSSA

Our Stage 2 netball teams returned to the West Pennant Hills Netball Courts this week to play against Beecroft Public School.

The girls’ team worked hard throughout their game and showed plenty of determination. They were encouraged to keep moving and running into space, and it was great to see them respond by continuing to call for the ball and stay involved in the play. Even when the game became challenging, they kept trying until the final whistle.

The boys’ team also gave their best effort and showed some encouraging teamwork on the court. They communicated with one another, looked for their teammates and continued to enjoy the game despite a difficult result. Their positive attitude and willingness to work together were great to see.

Beecroft was a tough opponent, but our teams are also showing noticeable improvement each week. The students are becoming more confident in game situations and are beginning to make better decisions with the ball.

Next week, we will continue focusing on strong passing, firm catching and choosing the best passing option. I am proud of the progress both teams are making and look forward to seeing them continue to develop their netball skills.
