End of Year Activities

Planning for the end of the 2024 school year has begun. To allow time to plan we wish to share the following information with families.

Friday 13th December will be the last day of formal classes for our Year 7 students. The following week students will participate in a range of activities and excursions. Consent forms for the excursions will be published at the start of next term, with Payment due by Friday 29th November.

Scienceworks

On Monday 16th or Tuesday 17th December, groups will be confirmed next term, students will visit Scienceworks Museum in Spotswood. Students will participate in the Electricity, Magnets and Movement Show to consolidate their learning throughout physics lessons this year. Students will also have the opportunity to explore the museum's exhibitions. The cost of this excursion will be $28.

Adventure Park

On Wednesday 18th December all students will visit Adventure Park in Geelong to celebrate the end of Year 7. Students will have access to a range of rides and activities on the day. The cost of this excursion will be $55.

Year 8 Orientation

On Monday 16th or Tuesday 17th, the group of students not at Scienceworks, will be participating in activities at the College to prepare them for Year 8. It is expected that all students attend these days.

Please note: On Thursday 19th and Friday 20th December, there are no planned activities and students are not required to attend on these days.
