Project Rockit- Incursion

All students will be participating in Project Rockits Rally session on Thursday September 12th.

RALLY empowers students to create a culture that challenges bullying, online and in person. Students are equipped with socially credible strategies to take action and unite together, instead of standing by.

The big idea: “Every single one of us can choose to be part of the solution when it comes to tackling bullying, even in the smallest and simplest ways.”

LEARNING OUTCOMES

1. Students will have a shared understanding of bullying in its various forms, including online, verbal, physical and relational.

2. Students will have built literacy about why bullying happens and empathy for those it impacts.

3. Students will have reflected on the role they’ve previously played in bullying situations and are equipped with strategies to safely intervene instead of standing by watching.
