2026 Production

With only one week to go students in this year’s school production, ‘Queens’ written by Kristen Doherty, are ready to take to the stage. Over 70 students are involved in all aspects of performance and production, and it promises to be a great show. 

Following the story of Henry VIII and his six wives, the Queens set about setting the story straight as Henry VIII is forced to watch from purgatory. As he witnesses his life unfold on stage, will Henry finally admit fault, or will he be condemned for all eternity? Our Queens will belt out some familiar ballads as they lament the life that they have been dealt. Accompanied by our talented production band, featured dancers and a cast of creative students this production promises to entertain audiences.

A lot of work has been going on behind the scenes and the students are excited to show you the result of their weeks of dedication. There are still a few tickets left for the performances, but you’ll need to get in quick. Hope to see you all there!
