Student Achievements

College Captains 2026

Each year our Year 11 and 12 students have the opportunity to apply for the role of College Captain. Applicants undergo a rigorous appointment process, including written application and panel interview. Short listed applicants ran a campaign week and presented a speech to the student body at a whole school assembly. This year we had many applicants and we are so proud of all students that participated in the appointment process.

We are pleased to announce the 2026 College Captains are Sarah Allsop and Jolie Lau and the Vice College Captains are Devika Anand and Shayella Pitcher.

Peer Support Leaders

Each year our Year 10 and Year 11 students are invited to apply for the role of Peer Support Leader. This role involves supporting and mentoring new students as they transition to Kambrya College through a range of events and activities. As part of the appointment process students completed a written application responding to key selection criteria and a formal interview. We were overwhelmed by many applicants, all of which demonstrated a great passion for helping others. Congratulations to all students that completed this process and have been appointed to the role of Peer Support Leader.

Once appointed, the Peer Support Leaders took part in a training day on Wednesday the 3rd of December in which they developed key skills in leadership and supporting others. The Peer Support Leaders are currently working together to prepare for Grade 6 Orientation Day and initiatives for the new year. They are looking forward to welcoming over 400 students to Kambrya College in 2026.
