UP Coming Events & Reminders
REMINDER - Subway Lunch Orders
Please place orders in Subway Tub Thursday for delivery Friday. Late orders are to be submitted to Subway Store before close of business Thursday evening, please avoid dropping them in Friday morning.
For orders via CDFpay, please select all items on the menu to be included in your students Sub and submit before 2.45pm Thursdays.
Updated - Summer School Uniform
Students are now able to wear Summer uniform during term 4. Changes to this is at the principal's discretion.
Summer Uniform -
- All students - Grey shorts/Skort, School polo top (short or long sleeve) and school navy blue windcheater if required, grey socks for boys OR white socks for girls.
- Sports uniform is to be worn for students PE day and all students are required to wear school polo shirt & windcheater as required, plain black basketball shorts - no logos permitted and no bike shorts, these are not school uniform.
- All Students - School Hat is required for all outdoor play and activities. Please ensure this is clearly named.
PLEASE NOTE
- Bike shorts/leggings are not school uniform.
- Students uniform items should not have any branding or logos other than school print.
- Shorts are to be visible and longer than T-Shirt and or Jumper.
- Jewellery - sleepers or studs 1 per ear, extra earrings are to be clear, 1 necklace with religious or cultural symbol, nose piercing is not to be noticeable (eg clear stud) or should be covered, no bangles or bracelets.
Hair ties to be black or Navy Blue.

New - Sacrament of Confirmation
Congratulations to Havana, Isaac, Tyler, Julian and Jensen who received the Sacrament of Confirmation this weekend. Thank you to Father Ronald and Father Adi for celebrating this very special sacrament with us.
New - 5/6 Celebrate Mass
Our 5/6s celebrated Mass today in the church with Fr Addin in preparation for this weekend’s Confirmation masses. Well done to our altar servers in training Alex and Samuel who served today for the first time.
New - House Shields
We are excited to share that our new House Shields have now been installed near the side entry at St. Mary’s! They look absolutely fantastic and add a vibrant sense of pride and identity to our school grounds.
A huge thank you to Phil Crowe for organising and installing the shields for us. Your time, effort, and care are truly appreciated by our whole school community.

What a wonderful day we had at our recent school Colour Fun Run!
A huge thank you to Mayor Shane Sali for joining in the fun and to our local fire brigade representatives for their support.
We are so grateful to our Parents & Friends Committee for organising such a fantastic highlight of the year, and to all our volunteers, families and staff for participating and helping with the fundraising.

New - What an exciting time at St. Mary’s!
Over the last few weeks we welcomed our 2026 Prep students for their Transition sessions!
The children were full of smiles and excitement as they explored their new classrooms, met new friends, and began their journey into school life.
A huge thank you to our wonderful staff for their thoughtful planning and warm welcome — your efforts make this such a positive and special start for our newest learners.
We can’t wait to see our future Preps again soon!
Foodshare
Recently, St Mary's School has become an agent for Foodshare. We are able to assist with some food items for families in the Mooroopna area. We have prepacked frozen meals that are great for people who are ill. We are also able to provide some food supplies. Each week we receive a selection of groceries, fruits and vegetables. If you need support please reach out to Gary Woodward or Liz Turk via the school office - 5825285.
