Community Announcement  

Dear Parents and Community Members,

Lakes Entrance Secondary College would like to welcome Mr Daniel Clark to the school for term 2 of 2026.

Daniel has over 7 years’ experience as a principal, firstly at Boisdale Consolidated School and currently as the principal, East Gippsland Specialist School.  As well as his principal experience, Daniel is currently completing a Master’s degree in Inclusive Education. Daniel has a proven track record in building relationships, working with students, staff and the community to bring about school improvement.  

We are aware that Lakes Entrance SC is seeking continuity in leadership and can assure you that we know that appointing the substantive principal is a critical next step for the school. We know that Lakes Entrance is a wonderful place and that there is a fantastic opportunity to lead the school into the future. We will work with the school council on the process to make the substantive principal appointment.  I am very pleased with Daniel’s appointment, and I can absolutely commit to the regular and intensive support from our regional team, for Daniel and the broader school community.
