School Fete
Wow-what an incredible day we had at our School Fete! The sun was shining, the drinks were flowing, and the sound of kids laughing filled the air from the start to the finish. It honestly felt like everything came together to create the perfect community day.
From the bustling stalls to the amazing rides, there was such a sense of excitement and connection. Families were relaxed, children ran from stall to stall and everywhere you looked there was something fun happening.
A huge and heartfelt thank-you to all our volunteers, you are the reason this day was such a success. Your energy, generosity, and hard work made the Fete not just possible, but unforgettable. Whether you were setting up, running a stall, baking treats, cooking on the barbecue, selling raffle tickets, or helping pack down afterward, you helped create something truly special.
I’d also like to make a very special mention to the Pink Ladies -Erika, Amy, Mia, Annalie and Kate. You supported me, encouraged me, shared ideas, problem-solved, and generously gave countless hours of your time throughout the planning and across the entire Fete weekend. I couldn’t be more grateful for your dedication, humour, hard work and unwavering support. You held me up, and you lifted the event with your energy and commitment.
It genuinely felt like the best day, and we’re so grateful to everyone who helped make it happen. Here’s to our amazing community spirit!
