Updated School Policies Now Available

Lakes Entrance Secondary College has recently completed a review and update of all school policies. These updates ensure our practices remain current, compliant and supportive of the needs of our students, staff and families.

Student Bathroom Upgrade 

We are pleased to share that the Student Bathroom Upgrade project is progressing well, with construction planned to begin in February 2026.

This upgrade will provide modern, safer and more functional facilities for our students, something we are really looking forward to seeing come to life. The planning phase is well underway, and we will continue to keep families updated as we move closer to construction.

This is an exciting step forward for our school, and we can’t wait for our students to benefit from the new space.

Webpage to help families and students prepare for a new school year

A new school year is an exciting time for students and families, but it can be a big step – particularly for those starting Prep, secondary school or VCE.

The Department of Education has a webpage with resources and information to help you prepare for the new school year.

During the school holidays, please consider reading through the resources, which include:

· Tips to help transition from kinder to Prep, primary to secondary school, and Year 10 to    VCE

· What to expect at school

· Help with school costs and fees

· Health and wellbeing guidance to support children’s mental health.

2026 Enrolments

We are still accepting enrolments for 2026 at Lakes Entrance Secondary College.

If you are considering joining our college community, we would love to hear from you.
