Mums' Lunch
Last Friday, the mums in our community came together to celebrate all things motherhood with a fabulous lunch at Quat Quatta.
Hosted by the impeccable Laura Turner, guests were treated to a hilarious video featuring student interviews conducted by Laura herself, as she tried to uncover what mums really like (see video below). Laura quickly discovered that shushing a room full of Brighton Primary mums is perhaps the toughest job in the world!
The incredible Tanya George brought the energy up a notch, with the dance floor in full swing.Runway Room kept everyone looking their best, offering makeup touch-ups throughout the afternoon, while guests enjoyed Pommery champagne, generously donated by Cellstruct.
Credit cards got a workout with the raffle and silent auction raising a phenomenal $13,000!
A huge thank you to all the generous businesses who donated prizes, and to the incredible organising committee Cassandra MacGillivray, Corinne Mescher, Kate Ogilvie, Libby Cawson, and Mathini Jayasundera – we are so grateful for your efforts in making the event such a success!
