Division Athletics Carnival

On Thursday 3rd September , Greenvale Primary School had 39 students participating in the Woodlands Division Athletics Carnival. Students qualified for this event through winning at a District Level. These events were Shot Put, Discus, Triple Jump, Long Jump, Hurdles, 1500m, 800m, 200m and 100m races as well as our 4x100 Relay event. 

If students were able to finish 1st or 2nd in their event, they would qualify for the North Metro Region Athletics Carnival in Term 4. Overall Greenvale has had 7 students qualify for this and we are so very proud of their achievement. All students upheld the school values and showed great sportsmanship and determination during the event.
