Compass Pay

Greenvale Primary School is no longer using Qkr! for the following payments:

• Second-hand uniforms
• Bucket hats
• Headphones
• Vouchers
• 1:1 Devices
• Other general school payments

These items can now be purchased and paid for through the Compass Shop.

How to Make a Shop Payments at Greenvale Primary School

1. Open the Compass App.
2. Select the Shop tile. If you cannot see the Shop tile, select the pencil icon next to favourites and add Shop to your home screen.
3. Select Get Started.
4. Choose the student you wish to make a payment for.
5. Select the menu for the item you would like to pay for. 
6. Select the item you wish to purchase.
7. Select the number of items or total dollar value of purchase
8. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

How to Make a Payment for Parent Payments and Contributions

How to make your annual Course Confirmation Payments at Greenvale Primary School

To Pay Log into your Compass- Course Confirmation section.

1. Open the Compass App.
2. Select the Course Confirmation tile. If you cannot see the Shop tile, select the pencil icon next to favourites and add Course Confirmation to your home screen.
3. Choose the student you wish to make a payment for.
4. Select Enter Payment Details.
5. Select either Pay via Payment Plans or Pay Now.  The payment plan instalments will be automatically debited from your nominated card in three equal payments on the following dates: 1st October 2026, 1st November 2026 and 1st December 2026
6. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Please note both payments and program information for 2027 incursions/ excursions will be released in Compass at a later stage.
